I agree totally with your idea - one licence and one set of laws but that would mean putting in into the federal governments control and I cant see that happening for a few reasons but the main one would be the states feeling they are losing power but doing that and upgrading all driver training would save so many lives. Like most good sensible ideas, politics will get in the way. Colin Richie …..
